Growing up in in California, Colorado, and Texas, I was exposed to food at a very young age. Traveling around the world, I got to experience all that this blue marble has to offer, from fine dining to street food, and everything in between.
I continue this education today through interacting with restaurants, chefs, industry people and groups who espose the idea that food is for everyone, and something that universally binds us all.
